Carlie started her traffic control career with Evolution Training Solutions. As soon as she started her placement with the Evolution Traffic Management team, we knew she was going places, showing a natural ability to work under pressure and leadership capabilities, and her excitement to upskill to TMI qualifications.

While Carlie has been working at the North Burleigh to Burleigh Heads Oceanway project, being delivered by RoadTek, her attention to detail and professionalism towards safe traffic management has impressed them so much so that they have requested Carlie to remain on the project as Evolution's Team Leader.

Evolution has received amazing feedback about Carlie saying that she’s a pleasure to be around with her positive outlook, always friendly, her interactions with the public keep the locals smiling and happy, especially in such a high-profile area. It’s a pleasure for everyone to see her working there.
