Chief Executive Officer

Rhys Attwood currently holds the title of Chief Executive Officer for Evolution Training Solutions as well as the title of Executive General Manager – ETM Australia & New Zealand. These go hand in hand to deliver a great service across both entities.

Rhys has over 15 years of experience in leadership roles primarily in civil, construction, manufacturing, and transport industries. He has previously worked for companies such as MaxiTRANS, BlueScope Steel, Waco Kwikform and Fletcher Building. Rhys has a diverse functional experience in sales, marketing, operations, and customer service. Keen to ensure that new traffic controllers are bought into the industry and trained to an exemplary standard, Rhys is also wanting current traffic controllers to expand their skill set and grow. Rhys has an amazing training team to ensure that high standards are met and it is a safe and enjoyable environment.
